Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received, with any tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Before sending anything back, contact us at pinky.tattoos@hotmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original standard delivery costs are refunded where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not return the item unless we ask you to. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Personalized products

Products made to your individual specifications or with a clearly personal customization cannot be returned for a change of mind where the law permits this exception. This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. Standard Dumidiot designs and ordinary size or colour selections follow the regular 14-day return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest option is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within the deadlines required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
