These terms apply when you use dumidiot.com or purchase products from Dumidiot. The seller is Pinky Stokkeland, organisation number 935 188 334, Egersundsgate 4, 4015 Stavanger, Norway.
1. Orders
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and payment has been approved. Please check your contact, delivery and product information before submitting the order. We may cancel or refuse an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information is clearly incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
2. Products and production
We aim to describe and display every product accurately. Screen settings and production methods may cause small variations in colour, placement or appearance. Some products are printed or produced after an order is placed by a disclosed production partner.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price charged for the order, together with any clearly disclosed shipping, taxes or duties. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for using an authorised payment method.
4. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or in the shipping information. They are estimates and may be affected by production, carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us if an order is materially delayed.
5. Returns, refunds and complaints
Returns, refunds, damaged items and personalized products are handled under our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Artwork, product designs, photographs, text, logos and other original content on the store belong to Dumidiot, Pinky Pantera or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use payment, production, delivery and analytics providers to fulfil orders and operate the website. Relevant handling of personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
9. Errors and availability
We may correct genuine typographical, pricing or inventory errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or refund. Products and promotions may be changed or withdrawn, subject to orders already accepted and mandatory consumer rights.
10. Liability
We are responsible for products and services as required by applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. No provision in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and dispute rights available in the country where they live.
